01.

Arrival & Settling In

Guests are gently welcomed into the space and invited to get comfortable, creating a soft, relaxed beginning for the session ahead.

02.

Intro to “MAPS”

MAPS uses simple postures and guided breathing to release tension, calm the nervous system, and quiet mental activity. This grounded state allows participants to fully receive the soundbath experience that follows.

03.

Guided Sound Bath

Rather than clearing the mind, sound is used as a steady focal point through harmonic instruments and gentle vocal toning. This vibrational support helps regulate emotions, organize mental activity, and invite deeper calm and clarity.

04.

Rest & Reflection

The experience concludes with guided reflection and optional sharing. Participants explore a simple but powerful shift in perspective—from a mindset centered on “What can I get?” to one oriented around “What can I contribute?”

05.

Meet the cows

After the soundbath, participants meet the cows, grounding the experience through calm presence and gentle connection. This interaction supports reflection, empathy, and the integration of the experience into daily life.

A Pathway to Inner Balance

MAPS Soundbath Experience begins by preparing the body and nervous system for deep restoration. MAPS is a simple, four-part framework—Movement, Breath, Sound, and Reflection—designed to reharmonize the relationship between the body, mind, and heart.

Guided Sound
Immersion.

Rather than asking participants to “clear the mind,” sound is used as a focal point. Harmonic instruments and vocal toning support mental coherence and emotional regulation. Sound vibration gives the mind something steady and restorative to rest on, allowing participants to access deeper calm and clarity.

All sound elements are presented in inclusive, non-religious language and are accessible to people of all backgrounds.

Why It Feels
Restorative.

It feels restorative because it calms the nervous system, reduces mental overload, and shifts the body out of stress response into a state of regulation and balance.

What is MAPS?

“MAPS” – Mantra, Asana, Pranayama, and Sanga. Or, in English – Meditation, Attentive breathing, Postures for focus, and Service-based communication. The first three support the fourth and REHARMONIZE the relationship between the heart and the mind.

Reflective Integration & Values-Based Communication

Designed for Stillness.

This offering explores two fundamental ways of living in the world. One is driven by the mind and rooted in self-interest—focused on what we can acquire. While common, this approach often leads to restlessness and dissatisfaction. The other way of living begins with the heart, where the mind becomes a supportive tool rather than the driving force. When our focus shifts from what we can get to what we can give, a natural sense of fulfillment, meaning, and inner satisfaction arises.
