Our Belief

We see a sanctuary as a promise between those who rescue & those who are rescued.

A commitment to care that does not end when attention fades, and compassion that does not ask for return.

At Goloka Sanctuary, we believe every animal deserves safety, dignity, and a life free from fear. Rescue is not a moment it is a lifelong responsibility. That is why our animals are never moved on, displayed, or defined by their past.

Choosing Goloka Sanctuary means choosing a slower, a gentler way of caring. One built on respect, presence, and the understanding that healing happens when animals are allowed to simply be.

Meet Our Sanctuary Family

Born from love and respect for all living beings, our sanctuary offers rescued cows a second chance at life — one filled with care, freedom, and affection.

Heartfelt celebrations

Private Events

Maybe the coolest event we’ve hosted so far in Maybee was a family reunion. One of the ladies of the family had visited for a private cow cuddling session and was so amazed by the connection the cows created she wanted to share that with all her loved ones. They had a blast!

Heartwarming connection

Group Cow Cuddles

Simple for the simple. Start here if you have a party of 6 or less and just want to come hang with our special cows and meet new people who will also come for the same reason.

CURIOUS EXPLORATION

Field Trips

Invite students and groups to engage with nature, compassion, and ethical animal care through a guided field trip at Goloka Sanctuary. These visits foster curiosity, empathy, and awareness within a calm and respectful environment.

CALM IMMERSION

Sound Baths

Experience a deeply calming sound bath held in the presence of our gentle cows. Guided sound and vibration support relaxation, grounding, and reflection within the serene natural setting of the sanctuary.

Gentle Lesson

Watching my child stand beside a rescued cow was deeply moving. It was gentle, respectful, and full of quiet learning.
